These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to “T&Cs”) will apply to all sale contracts between Faster, Inc., an Ohio corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”), and any of its customers (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”) for the sale of Seller’s goods and/or services (hereinafter referred to as “Products”). (Seller and Buyer are hereinafter severally referred to as “Party” and collectively referred to as “Parties”).
