This amendment is issued to renew the subject contract for an additional twelve (12) months for OAKS ID#198009 (Linde Gas North America, LLC), effective September 1, 2014 through August 31, 2015 and, to advise that OAKS ID#94321 (Airgas Great Lakes) will not be renewed beyond the current expiration date of 08/31/14. Thereafter, agency shall procure their needs for these supplies/services in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 125.05. This amendment includes the repagination of the contract.
