THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 1st day of November, 2019, by and between the Managers Owners and Contractors Association on behalf of the following Employers: ABM Industry Groups, LLC, C&W Services, GDI Services, Inc, The Huber Group, ISS, Platinum Cleaning, Quality Services, Inc., ServiceMaster Professional Building Maintenance Co., SBM Corp., and St. Moritz Building Services, Inc. (hereinafter each referred to as the “Employer”), parties of the first part, and Service Employees International Union, Local 32BJ (hereinafter referred to as the "Union"), party of the second part.
