Beginning on the Commercial Operation Date and continuing through the end of the Initial Term, Buyer shall pay Seller the following rates per kWh ("Net Energy Rate") for Net Energy delivered by the Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. For each applicable hour, the Net Energy Rate is comprised of the applicable Energy Rate below plus the applicable Capacity Rate below. These rates shall be applied to the hourly integrated values for Net Energy delivered, rounded to the nearest whole kWh.
