Students may not continue to attend classes if this agreement is not signed and returned to the Main Office. Acknowledgement of receipt of the Academy of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parent/Student Handbook We, the undersigned, acknowledge that we have received, read and agree to all of the policies and guidelines contained in the Academy of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parent/Student Handbook. These policies include, but are not limited to, those pertaining to academics, attendance, student discipline, acceptable use of computers and photographic consent.
