IT IS THIS DAY AGREED between Owner / Chartered Owner (hereinafter called “Owner”) of the Flag MS / SS (hereinafter called “Vessel”) and (hereinafter called “Charterer”) that the transportation herein provided for shall be performed subject to the terms and conditions of this Charter, which includes this Preamble and Part I and II. In the event of a conflict, the provisions of Part I will prevail over those contained in Part II to the extent of such conflict.
