This agreement entered into this 1st day of July, 2007 by and between the School District of Iron Mountain, the City of Iron Mountain, Michigan, hereinafter called the "Board" and the Upper Peninsula Education Association and the Michigan Education Association, a Michigan Corporation, hereinafter called the "Association". Contract shall be dated from July 1, 2007 and expires June 30, 2009.
