This Release, Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability and Indemnification Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned in his or her own capacity (“Adult Participant”) and if any minor(s) is/are named in the signature block below (collectively, the “Minor Participant” whether one or multiple) on behalf of and as parent or legal guardian for such Minor Participant(s) (collectively, “Participant”), to and for the benet of the Released Parties (as defined herein) in favor of Winnwood Skate Center LLC (“Winnwood”). In consideration of Winnwood permitting Participant to enter into the roller-skating rink located at 4426 NE Winn Road, Kansas City, Missouri 64117 (the “Premises”) and to participate in any or all of the Activities (as defined below), Participant agrees as follows:
