THIS TRADE PARTNER AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of signature below by and between MODULAR BUILDING SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL (“Contractor”) and (“Subcontractor”) for work to be performed (in each case, a “Project”).
