THIS TRADE PARTNER AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of signature below by and between MODULAR BUILDING SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL (“Contractor”) and (“Subcontractor”) for work to be performed (in each case, a “Project”). Contractor and Subcontractor may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” For and in consideration of the terms and covenants of this Agreement, and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:
