This Agreement is entered into as of the City’s execution date (“Effective Date”) between the City of San José, a municipal corporation (hereinafter “City”), and G4S Secure Integration LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company registered to conduct business in the State of California, (hereinafter “Contractor”). Each of City and Contractor are sometimes hereinafter referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
