As you are aware, the John Noble Home Committee of Management has requested that the John Noble Home Reserve Fund, currently managed by the City, pursuant to the Agreement, be dissolved and that any funds contained in the Reserve Fund be released to the Committee of Management, who will assume responsibility for the management of the funds.
