THIS AGREEMENT, made as of July 1, 2021 by and between Oak Ridge Waste and Recycling of CT, LLC, with offices and principal place of business in the City of Danbury, County of Fairfield, and State of Connecticut hereinafter referred to as “Contractor” and the Town of Seymour, Municipality located within the County of New Haven and the State of Connecticut hereinafter referred to as the “Town.” The Town and the Contractor are each sometimes referred to in this Contract as a “Party,” and collectively, as the “Parties.”
