In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Goddard Space Flight Center, located at 8800 Greenbelt Road, Greenbelt, Maryland 20771 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA GSFC") and SPACE EXPLORATION TECHNOLOGIES CORP located at 1 Rocket Road, Hawthorne , CA 90250-6844 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "SPACEX"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
