CONDITIONS OF SALE - ANDREWS FASTENERS LIMITEDConditions of Sale • September 30th, 2019
The following conditions of sale shall apply to the Contract (as defined below) between Andrews Fasteners Limited ("the Company") and the person who accepts a quotation of the Company for the sale of the Goods (as defined below) or whose order for the Goods is accepted by the Company ("the Purchaser") and shall override any terms or conditions stipulated, incorporated or referred to by the Purchaser whether in the order or in any negotiations, unless expressly accepted in writing by a director of the Company. The placing of an order by the Purchaser shall be conclusive evidence of acceptance of the offer set out in the Company's quote and therefore of these conditions of sale by the Purchaser. In these conditions "Contract" means the contract for the purchase and sale of the Goods and "Goods" means the goods (including any instalment of the goods or any parts for them) which the Company is to supply in accordance with these conditions.
