This Membership and Account Agreement Disclosure covers the rights and responsibilities concerning your accounts Niagara Wheatfield Federal Credit Union (Credit Union) offers. In this Agreement, the words "you" and "yours" mean anyone who signs a Membership Signature Card. The word “account” means any savings or other account you have with the Credit Union. Your account types(s) and ownership features are designated on your Membership Signature Card. By signing a Membership Signature Card, each of you jointly and severally, agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Membership Signature Card, Truth-in-Savings Disclosure, the Credit Union Bylaws and Policies and any amendments to these documents from time to time, which collectively govern your membership and accounts.
