This agreement is entered into this day of , 2019 by and between Ring LLC (“Ring”) and Ferndale Police Department (“Agency”), (collectively the “parties”) and will provide Agency access to the Neighbors Portal to communicate with users of the Neighbors app (“Ring Neighbors”) and encourage community engagement as we work together to make Ferndale’s (“City”) neighborhoods safer.
