This PRODUCTION DEAL MEMO (“Deal Memo”) is effective as of the Effective Date set forth below by and between Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc. d/b/a Visit Orlando, a Florida not for profit corporation with offices located at 6277 Sea Harbor Drive, Suite 400, Orlando, FL 32821 (“Visit Orlando”), and Interactive One, LLC d/b/a iOne Digital, ”, a Delaware limited liability company, under the care of Urban One Inc. located at 1010 Wayne Ave Silver Spring MD 20910 (the “Producer”). This Deal Memo will govern the Services and Deliverable defined below provided by Producer to Visit Orlando in support of the insertion order identified below.
