This document is an agreement (hereafter “Agreement”) between the Regents of the University of Michigan (“Michigan”) and (hereafter “Supporting Institution”). Michigan hosts a shared digital repository service (hereafter “HathiTrust”) to support the long-term curation and lawful uses of digital assets contributed by Supporting Institutions and other depositors. Michigan and the Supporting Institution (hereafter “Parties”) seek to have the Supporting Institution join HathiTrust.
