We, the undersigned, duly appointed representatives of the City of Oakland (“City”) and of Deputy City Attorney V and Special Counsel Association (“Union”), a recognized employee organization, having met and negotiated in good faith, jointly prepare and execute on this 24th day of March 2014, the following written Collective Bargaining Agreement. It is understood that the provisions in this Agreement apply to City of Oakland employees officially designated to be members of Representation Unit U41.
