INSURING AGREEMENTHome Care Plan • June 25th, 2019
This policy will be automatically renewed for further consecutive terms upon payment of the premium using the same payment method as originally selected at inception, with payment frequency and premium amount as indicated on the Declaration or as advised by the Insurer. The Insurer reserves the right, at its own discretion, to accept another method of payment. The Insurer may change the premium amount at any time with advance notice to the Insured.
