AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) has been entered into this day of August, 2023, by the Village of Berkeley, an Illinois home rule municipal corporation (“Village”) and [Owner Name}, a business owner, doing business as [Food Truck Name], with its principal place of business located at [Address registered with Illinois Department of Revenue] (“Licensee”), in regard to the following. The Village and Licensee are at times referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
