This Agreement describes the terms and conditions that will apply to (i) subscription of Eccentex’s proprietary platform, applications templates, or software products that Ordering Activity purchases from time to time as set forth in an appliacable order (the “Subscription Schedule”), (ii) maintenance and support services relating to such products as described in Schedule B(referred to herein collectively as the “Services”).
