This Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter “MOU”) is entered into by and between the City of San Jacinto (hereinafter “CITY”) and the San Jacinto Management Association (hereinafter “ASSOCIATION”) pursuant to the provisions of the Meyers-Milias- Brown Act. This MOU shall be effective commencing on July 1, 2016, and concluding at the close of business on June 30, 2019, and thereafter shall continue in effect year-by-year unless one of the parties hereto notifies the other in writing not later than March 15, 2019 (or succeeding year) of a request to modify, amend, or terminate this MOU.
