For almost two decades, the City had an agreement with Budget Towing for contractual towing services. Unfortunately, those services were discontinued on December 10, 2018 for failure to perform and correct certain contractual performance criteria. On that same date, the Council approved a temporary towing agreement with Absolute Towing out of Newport, Minnesota.
