This Management Contract is dated as of July 1, 2013 between PUTNAM FUNDS TRUST, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Fund”), and PUTNAM INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Manager”).
