The following constitutes a Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) between Arlington County Government (“County”), acting through the Department of Parks and Recreation, (“DPR”) and Arlington Soccer Association (hereinafter identified as “ASA”) (Collectively referred to as the “Parties”). The purpose of this agreement is to collaborate on synthetic turf conversion of Combination Field #1 and Rectangle Field #2 at Kenmore Middle School located at 200 South Carlin Springs Road, Arlington, Virginia 22204 (“Project”).
