The Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (the "Authority") and U.S. Bank National Association, as successor Trustee (the "Trustee") under the Amended and Restated General Revenue Bond Resolution described below, are entering into this Defeasance Escrow Agreement on and as of June 14, 2018.
