Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 150E of the General Laws of Massachusetts, this three- year contract is made on the 1st of September 2011 to be effective from September 1, 2014 through August 31, 2017 by the School Committees of the Town of Somerset and the Somerset–Berkley Regional School Committee (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the Committees) and the Somerset Teachers’ Association (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the Association).
