This is an agreement between Rist Canyon Internet LLC (“RCI”), and the undersigned person or entity (“you”) to provide you with a wireless connection from your home or place of business to the Internet. By signing this agreement and using the equipment and services provided hereunder, you agree to be bound by this agreement, RCI’s Acceptable Use Policy and RCI’s Privacy Policy, as they may be amended from time to time (collectively, this “Agreement”). The most recent versions of all RCI policies may be found at www.ristcanyon.com. Capitalized terms used in this Agreement have the meanings set forth herein.
