Gold Gallop Technology Limited is a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong, (hereinafter referred to as, “Gold Gallop”, “the Company”, “ourselves”, “we” or “us” ). We offer you the use of the XIBI website (the “Site” or “Website”), subject to this Agreement, the Sale of Gold and Custodian Agreement, the Agency for Sale of Gold Agreement, as well as the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy ( “KYC/AML Policy”) and the privacy policy ( “Privacy Policy”). (The KYC/AML Policy, Privacy Policy, and any additional agreement that you agree to, are referred together as the “Agreement”)
