Payments: Rental payment is due at signing. The Post hereby waives the damage deposit; however, the Renter(s) are financially responsible for damages that may occur whether accidental or intentional. Amount of the damages will be mutually agreed to by the Renter and Owner. The Renter(s) also agrees to reimburse the Post for the cost of any repair (other than normal wear and tear) to the facilities that arises out or is in any way connected with the Renter(s) use of the facilities.
