This Amendment No. 2 and Extension (referenced hereinafter as “Amendment No.2”) dated , 2022 amends the Services Agreement for the Operation, Management, Maintenance and Repair of the City of Camden’s Water Supply and Sewer Collection Systems dated as of January 19, 2016, by and between the City of Camden (the “City”) and American Water Operations and Maintenance, LLC (the “Operator”), as amended by Amendment No. 1, dated January 1, 2019 (collectively referred to herein as the “Agreement”), and is made by and between the City with offices located at City Hall, 520 Market Street, Camden, New Jersey 08102, and Operator with offices located at 1 Water Street, Camden, New Jersey 08102. The City and the Operator may hereinafter be referenced to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”. All capitalized terms used in this Amendment No. 2 that are not otherwise defined in this Amendment No.2 will have the definitions given to them in the Agreement.
