This Attachment 6: Unbundled Network Elements (UNEs) to the Agreement sets forth the unbundled Network Elements that SBC MISSOURI agrees to offer to CLEC. The specific terms and conditions that apply to the unbundled Network Elements are described below. The price for each Network Element is set forth in Appendix Pricing - Unbundled Network Elements, attached hereto. The terms “Unbundled Network Elements” (whether or not capitalized) and “UNEs” includes those network elements that are required to be unbundled under Section 251 of the Act, those required to be unbundled under Section 271 of the Act, and those required to be unbundled under state law.
