I/We have read and understand the Wedding Policy of First Baptist Church and accept all responsibility prescribed therein. I/We have noted that I/we am/are responsible for paying in advance the custodian, building, and audio-equipment fees and understand that First Baptist Church audio personnel must operate audio-equipment. I/We understand that my/ our reservation will not be confirmed until I/we have completed and returned this agree-ment, along with fees, to the Church Office.
