I/We are responsible for the conduct of my/our guests. I/We will be present at all times during the function. With the exception of typical wear and tear, I understand that I/We are liable for any damage to the facility, equipment, or property as the result of my/our function. I/We agree to hold the NBSWC free and harmless from any and all liability for injury to or death of any person in attendance at the function.
