Pursuant to this Agreement (the “Amendment”), BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”) and iConnect Corp. (“iConnect”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties,” hereby agree to amend that certain Interconnection Agreement between the Parties dated November 16, 1999 (“Interconnection Agreement”).
