Base Salary: Superintendent shall receive as compensation for his services, an annual salary of Two Hundred Thirty-One Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Dollars and 00/100 ($231,940), payable in twelve (12) equal monthly installments, on or before the first of each month for the prior's month's service. Said payments are to be made in accordance with the policies and regulations of the Board governing payment of other professional employees who have a twelve (12) month employment contract. In the event that this contract is terminated by the Board for Cause as set forth in Section IV(1) of this contract, the Superintendent shall not be entitled to any further compensation or benefits after the date of termination.
