This Master Ordering Agreement (including the Subscription Service Guide, attached hereto) (“Agreement”) between ServiceNow Nederland B.V. (“ServiceNow”) and the customer set forth on the ordering document (“Customer”) is made effective as of the last signature date of the ordering document issued by ServiceNow (“Effective Date”).
