This Participation Agreement (“Agreement”), effective upon the date a Customer Enrollment Agreement (CEA) is submitted, is entered into between Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E), the customer that receives electric service from PG&E (hereafter, “Participant,” “Customer,” “you,” or “primary meter customer”), the customer that receives submeter service from PG&E (hereafter, “Participant,” “Customer,” “you,” or “submeter customer”), and the Submeter Meter Data Management Agent (Submeter MDMA) providing data management services. PG&E, Participant and Submeter MDMA are referred to jointly as “Parties.”
