This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Profire Energy, Inc., a public Utah corporation, of 321 South 1250 West, Suite 1, Lindon, Utah 84042 (“Profire Energy” or “the Company”), and Andrew W Limpert, of American Fork, Utah (“Employee”), in Lindon , Utah on June 28 , 2013.
