This License Agreement (this "Agreement") is made between Walter de Gruyter GmbH. Genthiner Str. 13. 10785 Berlin, District Court Charlottenburg HRB 143490 B. ("Licensor") and The National Library of Technology, a State Contribution Organization set up by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, with its principal offices at Technická 6, 160 80 Praha 6 – Dejvice ("Licensee"), while the Licensee shall be entitled to grant the sublicense to Participating institutions listed in Appendix B.
