Agreement: This Agreement, effective the 30th day of June, (the “Effective Date”), by and between The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington (the “City”), and Willis of Seattle, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the law of the State of Washington and authorized to do business in the State of Washington (the “Contractor”). The City agrees to procure and the Contractor agrees to provide Insurance Broker Services described and specified in the RFP and the Contractor’s proposal.
