TOMRA’s acceptance of any offer by Purchaser to purchase Goods or Services is expressly conditional upon the Purchaser's assent to all the terms and conditions herein, including any terms additional to or different from those contained in the offer to purchase. TOMRA’s offer or quotation provided to Purchaser is solely governed by the terms and conditions contained herein.
