These TERMS AND CONDITIONS of Cyborg Security Services (the “Agreement”), by and between Cyborg Security, Inc., a Delaware corporation, located at 801 International Parkway, Suite 500, Lake Mary, FL 32746 (“Cyborg”) and the “Customer” indicated on the applicable Order Form is effective as of the effective date indicated in the applicable Order Form (the “Effective Date”) and describes the terms and conditions under which Cyborg will provide the Customer with access to cyber threat hunting content data, software, solutions and services. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Agreement will have the meaning given to them in the applicable Order Form. Cyborg may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and Cyborg shall provide reasonable notice to Customer of any such updates or modifications. If Cyborg modifies the terms of this Agreement in a way that is materially adverse to the Customer, and Customer provides written notice to Cyborg that such modifications are
