This Amendment 2 (“Amendment”), effective on the date last signed by all Parties, to the Mail Services Contract No. 80141800-15-01, by and between Novitex Enterprise Solutions, Inc. dba Novitex Government Solutions (“Contractor”), having its principal office at 300 First Stamford Place, 2nd Fl., Stamford, CT 06902, and the State of Florida Department of Management Services, hereinafter (“Department”) are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
