This Superintendent Employment Contract ("Contract") made and entered into this 9th day of May, 2024, by and between the Lafayette Parish School Board (hereinafter called the "Board"), a political subdivision of the State of Louisiana, represented herein by its President, Britt Latiolais, duly authorized to act herein by actions of the Board found in the official minutes of the Board meeting of May 8, 2024, and Francis Touchet, Jr. (hereinafter "Superintendent"), a major resident of the State of Louisiana.
