This Agreement is made and entered into this day of , 2021 (“Effective Date”), by and between City of North Las Vegas, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada (“City”) and the Southern Nevada Water Authority, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada (“Authority”). The City and the Authority are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
