THIS CONTRACT is made, and entered into this the day of, 2014, by and between the COUNTY of DURHAM, a political subdivision of the State of North Carolina, (hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY”), and SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC BUILDINGS AMERICA, INC. a corporation duly authorized to do business in the state of North Carolina, (hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR”).
