THIS AGREEMENT is made 18 May 2011 between the Theatrical Management Association (hereinafter called “the TMA”) of the one part, British Actors’ Equity Association (hereinafter called “Equity”) of the second part and the Broadcasting, entertainment, Cinematograph and Theatre Union (hereinafter called “BECTU”) of the third part.
