Students in the Northern Lebanon School District are issued an electronic device for their educational use, under Board Policy 224. If reasonable precautions and care are taken in the use of the device, then the device should not experience any physical damage. Each student who is issued a device is asked to read this form carefully, to understand their rights and responsibilities in the 1-to1 Device Program. The student and parent or guardian should then initial each statement that follows, and then sign at the bottom of this document, to acknowledge that you understand your responsibilities.
